Battle in the bayou

The polls in Louisiana are open, and Republican Suzanne Haik Terrell and incumbent Democrat Mary Landrieu are battling it out in a very tight race for the last seat of the U.S. Senate. Turnout seems low so far in New Orleans, a heavily Democratic area. If Terrell wins, she'll be the first GOP senator from Louisiana since Reconstruction.
